Cons

They will terminate you without giving any warning Will torture you by dropping mails over silly things such as not to use mobiles and communicate less No feedback from their client Will try their best to pissyou off

Management has all rights to take a decision based on his/her attendance,performance,attitude,behavior with procedural fairness. we have followed the same. Pros

I have been worked for 1 years as consultant in six sigma soft solution and deputed to Infosys, I didn't face any problem in six sigma. The work environment was good. The infrastructure and facilities are awesome. The pay is decent. The workload is not heavy. Overall word experience is very good and I enjoyed working here.

Pros

Its a service based company & we have to work to different client location. They do have big player clients. The salary comes on time. The leave policy is good. The health insurance cover by company is low. Also they give me Experience letter & Relieving letter with -in 20 days.

Cons

Before joining, HR told after 6 months, your salary will be incremented. But the same was not mentioned in Offer letter, it was verbal communication. The HR ensured me that i will get incremented salary after 6 months, but it did not happen. My suggestion to others are, kindly don't depend on verbal communication. Before joining & accepting the offer, all verbal communication should in Offer letter & Mail proof. Also if we have any queries they don't take up calls & there is a lack of communication.
