      Great benefits and real focus on inclusivity in a challenging industry

      They’re not perfect, there are pockets of old school thinking. It takes time to move the Titanic so not really a con.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
