      -Good place to start career out of college, especially if you can get Into their rotational program -major projects -nice people - good health insurance

      Cons

      -long hours -taking 5-6 years to get any gas / tolls covered -no salary transparency

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
