Bug-A-Salt is a fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! We have an excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The owners really cares about their employees. You may have to work late sometimes, but that is balanced with lots of company wide days off (the most of any company I've worked for). Overall, it's a fair tradeoff.

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working at the company. If you're not a self-starter, or if you can't handle straightforward feedback and directions, this might not be a good fit. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. and your extra effort will be noticed and rewarded.

The Dogs that occasionally hang out of you. They were the only balance to a lonely work environment.

Awful communication. Completely isolating, She will yell at you and micro manage the heck out of you.
