Constant support and persistent meetings to keep up with each person's tasks; The company uses a platform to keep up with everyone's tasks; Heavily realiant on online organization, so you always know what you have to do; Remote job (which may be a pro or a con)
Cons
Fully remote which means you very rarely get to see your colleagues (I never met them personally in my 6 months there)
