Revolving door of people coming and leaving. It all comes down to management, who has an outdated way of running a business. It is not uncommon to hear racists comments from them during team meetings. HR has no real power to deal with these issues Real shame because this business, in the right hands, could be great. CEO refuses to recognize his responsibility in the problem. During the hiring process I was told that I would get access to a pension plan but this was never arranged during my time there.

Product is great, so is the mission.

- Management consists of arrogant and at times racist people who are too blinded by their ego to recognize that they are the problem behind why the product is not achieving mainstream success. - Extremely toxic work environment, no honesty or transparency. Trust is low. - Zero work benefits. No pension. - Employees leave all the time. Why did they leave? Ask management.
