Supportive- All colleagues go out of their way to help you. I feel as though everyone knows who you are, what you role is and makes an effort to get to know you. Encouraging- You're always being pushed to do and be better, there are monthly plans to help you increase you client base and sales figures. Development- There are continuous reflection sessions and leadership opportunities along with being able to sit with every level of management. Independence- You are in charge of your own client base and jobs. Transparency- Everyone's voice/opinion is heard. Along with whole team weekly meetings. Every CEO to sales advisor you can approach.
