      Pros

      Skwill has a big mission - helping individuals and teams achieve higher levels of performance. I am energized by this mission and the opportunity to help build something that is going to change the world.

      Cons

      Although Skwill has built a platform and is generating revenue by serving customers, it is still a (mature) start-up. The environment is fast paced with lots of opportunities but also a high degree of uncertainty. Doing something new is exciting but challenging.
