Pros
I don't think have any benefit in there. Commission skim is ridiculous. Don't believe on high pay they offer, they will deduct certain amount to cover expenses for them to let you own a Employment Pass.
Cons
Management over there is definitely mean and bossy. They're not friendly at all and you need to have 12 h for long working hours to show how hard work you are. You can't have work life balance.
