Flexible scheduling, great product/concept, company sponsored non-profit Sustainable Research Institute, organic produce provided to employees from the company farmer/farm, company participates in the Bicycle Commuter Act, solar powered business
Cons
Based on my recent experience, Flat Management concept closer to "Don't get flattened" management, nepotism/cliches prevail, constructive feedback & supportive training rare. OSHA could close this place down due to the lack of enforced safety procedures & practices.
