Pros

I wish there were some pros, but there are not.

Cons

Management fails to address a weak product. At the same time, they require 100% loyalty. You must drink the Kool-Aid and any negative comment can get you fired. Communication is a huge issue and often enough leadership does not communicate what they want to staff. Not only do I find myself biting my tongue but laughing with them. It is toxic. The turnover rate is terrible too; every month someone is let go and they do not share with staff. People just disappear.

Pros

Working at Sky Systemz has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. From day one, the leadership team has fostered a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous growth. Everyone is genuinely invested in each other's success, and the collaborative atmosphere makes even ambitious goals feel achievable. Professional development is a clear priority here—whether it's through mentorship, training opportunities, or exposure to new challenges. The company encourages innovative thinking and is always open to new ideas, which makes it exciting to come to work every day knowing you can make a meaningful impact. Work-life balance is respected, and the benefits package is competitive and thoughtfully designed. What really stands out, though, is the sense of purpose and shared values that unite the team. It’s rare to find an organization where people are both driven and down-to-earth, and Sky Systemz strikes that balance beautifully. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally while being supported personally, I highly recommend joining this exceptional company.

Cons

None to note, this company’s genuine care for its employees is unmatched in my experience.

Pros

There's a lot of room to take on different types of work rather than being boxed into one narrow function, which makes it easy to build a broad skill set quickly. The pace keeps things engaging and there's always something new to work on.

Cons

Because the company is growing fast, processes are still being built out in some areas, so things can occasionally feel a little ad hoc. Workload can be heavy at times, given how many things are moving at once.
