Pros
As a mid level manager, and once you have proven your worth and loyalty, they make adjustments to your time, salaried hour's, if you worked more hours than you should have.ie: extra days off for extra days worked.
Cons
Senior management, unit wise, will turn on you if you bring up a problem regarding another senior manager, even when you show proof of the issue, meaning they will make stuff up on you and give you a final and put you on corrective probation to protect their manager. Senior management tends to make a hostile work environment when bringing up issues with certain people that they consider their ’pet employees’.
