Best company to work with. They truly care about the people they work with and have a strong dedication to creating environments where people live better. Not only for the products they produce but the people they help and the team they are building!

Not a right fit for people that do not believe in the vision Skymount and do not want to not only help grow a company but themselves as well

I can’t think of a single pro

They lie on their job postings by saying they have health insurance and 401k when they do not. The ceo acts like he’s running a $100 million dollar company and too busy to support his employees. Since the company isn’t growing there is zero growth opportunity. One of their core values is transparency but you won’t find any transparency at this company.
