If you’re looking for a toxic workplace that will hold you back in life, is full of micro aggressive management with a trigger happy punishment policy of humiliation, unfair expectations of workload, lack of balance, hostile senior techs, overall bad environment, unbelievably high turnover, bully culture from management and supervision, no professional growth, sky high favouritism, with poor compensation and recognition for your hard work and a criminal amount of overtime hours with minimal ability to train and retain staff then this is just the place for you.
Look after yourself first not the company,
Protect your own personal time and schedule and set clear expectations of overtime, don’t kill yourself staying back every day it’s not worth the reward, and management definitely do NOT care about you so don’t be silly and think they do.
But hey you might randomly get a Site Star award for doing the most menial task, a sausage sizzle every 6 months or a $5 pizza the for the other 6 months of slavery.
So I guess that’s something to look forward to….a laminated piece of paper and recognition of your hard work - yay go you!
