Terrible treatment of employees - Legal Department Slate Personnel Employee Review

There was a real sense of camaraderie here.

This company had a serious problem of heavy workload with low pay and benefits, no career growth and poor communication. Employees here were making the same complaints and comments to management over and over again but nothing ever changed. It felt like a broken record. This resulted to a high turnover rate and management just did not care.

The few months I worked there, I had great co-workers around me that were supportive and very welcoming. This is probably the only pro of the company.

To begin with, this is a small company, but extremely micromanaged. No wonder there's no growing and people leave more and more often lately. The business is not very well known, therefore it's not very successful and then all the pressure goes on the team who has to reach targets that are, somehow, unrealistic. Also prepare to be working long hours and not be allowed to have breakfast in the office right after you arrive at work in the morning.
