When asked to apply for a more senior position I was told to my face I was not good enough. A girl who was a different race who had worked for one week in my position at another law firm was given the job I had wanted. Was clear that all those who got promoted or in senior positions were all of the same race. Felt like I was not heard. Was managed poorly. My manager pawned us off to other members of staff as she didn’t want to manage us.
