Pros
Decent benefits; good work/life balance;
Cons
Very corporate structure; didn't seem to really care about residents only the money. Often times new residents would move in and the apartments weren't ready, they generally did not look like the model, and it made the job more difficult to listen to the complaints and anger from residents daily. The work, wasn't very challenging, often times boring. The annual raise should be better to acknowledge good employees, it's not much of a raise when it's only $0.10.
