Didn't take COVID serious, endangered staff and staff's family. Ignored symptomatic staff member and didn't alert others, require masks, or take any precautions of any kind (yes, this is a "respiratory medical company", believe it or not)
Toxic environment created by management fueled by bullying and intimidation, lying, misrepresenting and more
Inconsistent leadership. Do XYZ one day, but another day? Do ABC.
Everything you thought about customer service goes right out the window (Be polite? Be courteous? No, that's showing WEAKNESS. The customer is never right, always wrong, they're a liar or are being unreasonable - even when they are not)
