Pros

I started with Slice in 2014 and have loved it every since. Slice makes you always feel welcomed, and like a part of their family. They make sure when training, you are never set up to fail. If there are questions and you need answers..the team leads and managers are always willing to lend a hand. We all work together. I have worked at other merchant services companies in the past and this one really is a cut above the rest.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
