That said, we’re very concerned by the issues you've raised. Allegations related to professionalism, workplace conduct, and culture—especially around fairness, diversity, and leadership—are serious and not aligned with the values we uphold. We want to be clear: discriminatory behavior, favoritism, and unethical practices are not acceptable and do not reflect the standards we strive for.
We also hear your concerns about growth opportunities and the need for greater appreciation of all departments, not just sales. Every team plays a vital role, and your feedback is a reminder that recognition and advancement should be always be equitable.
