you are your own boss most weeks and doing group is enjoyable interacting with the members and seeing them reach their goals with the help and support you give them
Cons
they employed some useless team developers that basically managed you and over 20 yrs I had some good ones and some shocking ones , when I had the bad ones it made my job very difficult and not very enjoyable with bully boy tactics to make you do as they want without giving you respect for the hard work you do winning slimming worlds pockets , at xmas the thanks we got each year for pulling our guts out was a diary , if you worked harder ie got more members in xmas week they would give you another measly 2% on your earnings on the lowest week of attendance of the year was nothing ! at lot of internal policitcs going on , glad to be out of it
