Smarsh is a great learning environment. Be clear about what you know, dive deep into the details, do not be afraid to ask questions, and reach out to team members as needed. Nearly everyone is ready to help. Smarsh has a high trust culture, this is great for those that can do their work and take ownership of their tasks.
Cons
If you're not a self-initiator Smarsh will seem overwhelming, don't expect anyone to hold your hand. Internal documentation can be a bit overwhelming, quickly outdated, and sometimes contradicting - be sure to verify!
