Directors/management are very distant with workforce, but then barge through the door expecting crazy sales figures toward end of day.
Company is FCA regulated non-advisory, yet we're pretty much taught to call and harrass our leads multiple times a day until they answer, sometimes over a period of weeks and months
Leads are absolute rubbish, people on the website are coerced into giving their contact details just to see a simple price, this results in you getting verbal abuse sometimes
Some managers think they're God's gift upon this Earth, whilst simultaneously being so evidently crap at their job, its quite amusing
If you're earmarked for termination, it's likely that they will terminate your employment on the phone because half the time, the reasoning behind it is so dumb that they can't face you. A guy was recently fired based on performance, during a period where he was on jury duty lol, what a joke. Another was fired because of “performance” but he outperformed many others, turns out the manager who fired him was overheard several times in the smoking area criticising his dress sense, with energy and aggression as if he’s his father.
