Pros
Good people, some managers are decent but don't tend to last long if so, used to be a more positive and supportive company.
Cons
Managers lie, sell and manipulate to further their own career. These first or second jobbers disregard the opinions of others and enforce a strict 'with us or against us' cult-like mentality. Sycophants do well The business used to have class, but has transformed into a strange and panicked caricature of itself. Re previous posts - it is correct that HR listen around corners and report back to the CEO.
