      The regional manager. That’s it.

      Cons

      Terrible management, absolutely no desire to progress staff, just barked orders at me. Took 6 months for me to actually have a performance review. Absolutely no structure.More concerned about personal affairs. A lot of discussions behind overs backs. Only worked there for 6-7 Months. Glad I got out when I did.
