Lots of freedom to run teams as you would a small business. Good pay, opportunities and overall happiness. Great for serious leaders looking to develop their own skills. The challenges are enjoyable working with a young demographic. Great leadership from the foremen. Fair, patient, mature and professional. People are always willing to help. Good for leaders, electricians or for anyone who wants to make money. Just be realistic about what that means. You cant make a million dollars and work 30 hours a week but Smart Wave has some of the best working oppportunities out there, on commission and outside of sales. Boomerang installers always want to come back if they leave for another company.
Cons
A lot of young installers apply without meaning or purpose and are just looking for a job. Many of them just want to sample and dont make it. Lots of callouts after long work days, inclement weather and heatwaves but those who show up are well compensated. Dont play video games until 3am. Do eat healthy, hydrate, remain positive and learn the job. Be reliable and professional and don't feel entitled if promotions dont come after a few weeks of hard work.
