My direct leaders have been some of the most talented sales professional I've met. The base level training provided is top notch.
Cons
- base pay is well below industry standard - leadership (different from management) carries far too much variation to build a meaningful strategy - overall commission structure doesn't provide enough value for top performers to stick around
