      Pros

      * Small business mission is noble, PPP1 and PPP2 were epic moments for company. * Positive, can-do CEO has set great tone during tough times working remotely. * Boarding and HR have really improved and communicative. * Kind colleagues to slack with and bond with make up for often stale remote culture.

      Cons

      * Company not growing, volume, revenue or profit. Used to be profitable. * PPP is over and lots of new hires and leaders who don't know much about SBA process. * Customer fallout after PPP hard and very public. * Lot of internal and external PR management instead of managing to profitability and winning again.

      - Leadership instability and financial mismanagement resulted in 4 rounds of layoffs in 2 years - Technology is far behind modern fintech standards, with minimal automation in place - Reputation problems with the partner and broker community directly hurt deal flow and caused missed targets - Morale is low due to ongoing fear of additional layoffs tied to missed quarterly targets - Below-market pay with no raises for years, first blamed on becoming a bank, now deferred indefinitely until profitability
