The company is in a high growth period, so work can sometimes be overwhelming. Leadership has posted many open roles to fill, but in the short term, workloads are pretty heavy. I feel confident that this will ease up in the next few months as new employees are onboarded.

The most knowledgeable group of coworkers in the industry. It’s incredibly inspiring to work with these people. A team of the high- performers. Supportive leadership that invests in its employees.

The rate the company is growing does create challenges with the pace of changes and deliverables but it’s not unmanageable and it’s a good problem for a company to have.
