Pros

- Has some very smart & technical skilled people. - Good opportunities to work with world class partners, going onsite to other countries. - Young workforce from top management to entry level. - The managers and developers are mostly weak or incompetence, the good side is that you are easy to become a rising star. - Pay well to key people

Cons

- No clear vision on top management, handicapped by short-sighted targets. - Company leadership is terrible, no defined core values, keep trying mimic other companies instead of keep learning and lead the company by their own culture and characters. - After quickly increasing the workforce, management became a mess, and company is trying to solve it by added more processes, more departments, recruited more managers who are also fake and incompetence. - Top managers don't want to listen or discuss directly with employees. They focus on grow the company in size of workforce, amount of clients, total revenue, but they are clueless in improving productivity, people quality. - Sometimes company asks employees to do some lengthy and stupid surveys without any feedback and consequences. - Company keep throwing heartless parties, childish events to try to entertain and motivate employees instead of changing how the company works. I think they are wasted energy and time. It reflects the shallow mindset. - Most senior employees are fed up and gave up to hope to change anything. - Office is too crowed and noisy, narrow working space. Network is not stable. - The managers and developers are mostly weak or incompetence, the bad side is that you will feel annoyed and demotivated by working or contacting with them. - Not easy to get in touch with top skilled people. They are too busy with all the work.

Pros

The working time is very flexible. We can start any time from 9h to 10h and go home from 6h30 to 7h30. People are young and enthusiastic. New members are guided by managers.

Cons

Sometime people have to do the job of two or three people. The OT pay is rare if you working in product team.
