Pros
Never push people to their limit. It's done, when it's done. Don't have excessive expectations from people in hard skills department, Whole team is responsible for outcome, this could be pro o cons depending on how hard working you're. Management is ok. Like not great, not terrible. Relatively straightforward, comparing to other "Great places to work". Pay. It's hard to say whether it's pro or con. It's lower, than even for lower grades in other companies, yet requirements are also lower. So it's kind of fair.
Cons
I dislike team culture there very much, had some problems getting along with them. Sometimes it feels like a cult, may be it's me, but I feel a bit paranoid there. Management is also something not to be proud of. Company grows really fast, so there are some growing pains. I also dislike CEO, some decisions are just weird.
