This company is your typical hire-and-fire setup. No real structure, no proper training, and zero support. You’re expected to crank out a ridiculous number of calls every day (most go straight to voicemail or don’t connect at all) and then you get blamed for not hitting their unrealistic targets. The leads are useless. You’re literally cold calling random real estate agents and begging them to agree to a meeting. It’s not cold calling, it’s just desperate outreach with no results. Management is completely out of touch. There’s no guidance, no actual leadership ,just pressure to hit numbers that make no sense. If you don’t perform right away, they’ll cut you loose without thinking twice. There’s absolutely no room to grow here. No path forward, no development, just constant stress and burnout. The turnover is non-stop, people are either quitting or getting fired every week. And they also offered people money to leave fake positive reviews on here. You'll see many 5 star reviews in the same time period, they offered us like 5 or 10$. That alone tells you exactly what kind of company this is. Stay far away. This place isn’t worth your time.
