Worst company ever. Never join it. Your career will get spoil and will be jobless in second. On the basis of one month sales they ask u to leave the organisation. In the past no matter how much sales you have done but if one single month goes wrong for you, then it's over. Salary dosent comes on time, no claims. Senior Never motivates you only sales. No personal life. Company will stop selling any product at any time. And in the morning you will get to know that we are not selling this product anymore. And the leads of that particular product is useless and they will ask u to sell new product to same customer. Plz guys if you don't want to spoil ur career. Plz don't join. No HR help, n if new company confirm with HR of ebix smartclass they will give negative feedback.
