Nothing. They don't really seem to have it together.

Delayed payment for 1-2 weeks with various excuses. It seems like they've done the same to others. Please do not work with this company, they cannot be trusted.

Flexible schedule, gives room to the freelance to determine his/her rates, schedule. The team is supportive and always available to help.

They are not always faithful to their payment terms. Always need to remind them at times before they do payment. That is not professional because we all do budgeting. When you are not paid when expected, it upsets a lot of things and brings unnecessary pressure. I never know when I am to be paid. The 15th and 30th day of each month is not always respected. Even when you are contacted for a particular job, you have to remind them before they upload that on your portal weeks after you have completed the job.
