Your role may evolve rapidly, and your contributions are highly visible. If you seek a laid-back job with minimal demands, this may not be the right fit for you.

Smartsupp has that awesome startup vibe where everyone's ideas matter and we're all pushing for something big. Everyone's encouraged to grow, learn, and bring their best game. The product rocks, and seeing the team jump from just 15 folks to a whopping 50? That's just wild! It's clear we're on a roll and aiming for the stars.

With rapid growth come challenges, and one of those challenges at Smartsupp is the lack of certain processes. However, it's important to note that this isn't a result of negligence or oversight. The company's swift expansion has necessitated quick decisions, and as a result, some processes are still in the development phase.
