- Good colleagues. - Relaxed working hours. - Boss is logical and understands your tech feedback. - Nice to see your work released at production with only being intern or junior level. It is good if you are in intern level wand like to work and like to look for things majorly on your own, and if you want to build some work experience for your CV.

About the job itself - Doing a lot of other things except coding that you end up doing almost no coding. - Not enough budget (thus time) to write quality code. - Overtimes and ownership of product are usually rewarded with just a "thank you". - There is not enough mentorship, juniors are left with mayor responsibilities and projects on their own with minimum to no help. About the office - There is no warm water to wash the dices. - Not enough heat at winter or cold during summer. - It tries to improve aesthetically, but with as little budget as possible. - There is a whole at the wall at the dev room for more than a year. Conclusion There is no plan of growth, no planning on how to enhance the team, how to make it better, more productive and happier. No management, no meetings, no HR, no mentorship, it's all just you. That's what drove me out of there, if that's your kind of work style, it's a perfect company for you - or you can just start a freelance career.
