Company off site trips for bonding is an excellent experience to further keep the culture growing and work relationships solid. Opportunities to grow are always available to grow within the company as the company grows. Everyone smiles more often than not. Dog friendly for the most part depending on the office.

Start-ups aren't necessarily a Con but it's something to always be ready for as you'll need to be 200% into it because it's not about getting a paycheck, it's about growing & changing the industry you're working in.

Great managers and leaders. The company was going through an acquisition at the time, but leadership still continued managing as they always had, and lead the team through the transition.
