      Hard work and determination can land you in the position you deserve. Great food, Great staff, Great Management teams. Vacation hours. Management bonuses. Provide fantastic benefits for Leaders & even more extensive benefits for upper management.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. As of right now, Smashburger has been very grateful for the dedication and focus that's been given.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
