Pros

Co-workers where always made newcomers feel welcomed, flexible schedule, easy job, ability to move through different positions (you weren't just the cashier, everyday was different), and ability to move up withing the company quick. After a year of employment, everyone could get vacation hours as long as you did more than 30 hours a week, which was a plus for everyone.

Cons

Although you could move up quick it only seem to be at a Shift Lead level, it was harder to become an assistant depending on district manager, low pay, training was a bit messy, and communication withing stores was very off. When they lowered the hiring age to 16, instead of 18 many high school kids came in but they were a bit more lazy and harder to get people to cover shifts. They removed tips all together making it harder to have incentive to go "Above and Beyond" while working. They removed Smash Cash, which was also another incentive to both BOH and FOH get food out quicker to customers.

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
