Compay is always looking to grow with right talent staff. Currently managment is growing with right people and have improved lot in last 3 years.
Cons
Finding the right talent and staff isn't easy. We have to ask the question, is the chicken first or the egg? We need to find ways to be more competive against our competion so we can hire talented staff for long terms.
