Pros
The people! On the whole they are young, smart, and ready to work & learn.
The benefits are not bad, certainly at par with or in some cases better than what probably obtains in most organizations in their industry and of their size.
Cons
Middle managers, supervisors and team leaders are not as empowered as they should be, so the burden of day-to-day operations falls heavily on the Executive team; leaving less time for strategic planning.
