Pros
I love working for SmilePass - here I have massive amounts of exposure that my peers who I graduated with, who are also in marketing roles do not have. My opinion and ideas are valued and always listened to in a way that makes me feel like my contribution genuinely makes an impact on the business. As a team, we get on very well and compliment each other's working styles which makes for a great environment. The company culture is based around experimentation, so if something isn't working, we fix it and do something new. It's refreshing to be somewhere you aren't bogged down with red tape so you can see genuine progress and positive change happening before your eyes. Everyone who works at and with SmilePass genuinely cares about its success and believes in its mission. There's a massive opportunity for growth. I am encouraged to attend training courses, conferences, industry events or anything that is going to add value to my role and my professional development. I report directly to Grant, our CEO who's is always happy to give me his time, support my role and is an encouraging leader (and has a cute dog).
Cons
Having an office and more social events would be beneficial.
