      Work from home if you are sick or bad weather

      Uninformed management, unresponsive partners, entitled co-workers. Partners are literally the guys at the poll lines with guns trying to intimidate you, so if you're into that, then this might be the place for you. If you are more of a person who cares about civil liberties, then maybe skip this one.

      Pros

      Good benefits and salary. Flexible work schedule when needed. Great teamwork from coworkers. Partners are happy to spend the necessary time with you to train in new areas of practice and show appreciation for efforts.

      Work stations are small but other spaces are made available for large projects.

      Staff gets along well and look out for each other, much like hostages in captivity.

      Cons

      Bosses are highly temperamental and aloof with no management skills. They hire "yes" people and fire them or drive them out when they become too self-sufficient and capable. No opportunities for advancement.
