Cons

Silo mentality, everyone has to work according to process, no cross-departmental work. Employee and department terminations. Everyone is concerned about their job. Departments and business areas are being outsourced, This leads to a massive drop in quality.

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
