      Pros

      Increased vacation time for years of service up to 5 weeks. 4.5% free 401k contribution. Multiple job opportunities once in the door. Medical Device company so it must adhere to a certian quality level.

      Cons

      The higher up the ladder you go the more political the company is. Some upper management hinder improvement instead of drive it. Job demands are known to outweigh resources.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
