      Smith & Nephew has great employee training and field support. They offer great products and are highly competitive. This makes working easier, than with some smaller competitors.

      Cons

      It is a highly competitive industry. Sales can be up and then down. The nature of your clients is to always look for the next best thing. You need to have thick skin and an iron stomache to be successful.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
