      comp is ok and the staff is dedicated and work hard. Company is dedicated to delivering quality and maintaining strong ethics.

      Cons

      Leadership is a real issue. They are unengaged from staff. quick to blame, not supportive, completely focused on sales as if no other department matters.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
