      The worker bees were nice.

      Cons

      There are a lot of cons. Management is very poor and inept. They promote incompetence if you are connected to the right people. My boss was a complete boob. No value given to knowledge and experience. Very inconsistent place. One day you're the best employee ever and the next day you are a bum. This place is seriously hurting. Trouble with sales, quality and the FDA. It almost seems like they are trying to sink the place.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
