      Okay benefits, some people are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Hard to move up, lots of nepotism. Unqualified management and don't fixed internal company problems, just put band aids on them. Lowest paying manufacturer in the market.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
