Pros

Some quality products, some are waning in their innovation as competitors ramp up theirs.

Cons

Once a leader in extremities some of their hallmark products are resting on their laurels while the competition innovates and improve off expiring patents. Management lacks direction and motivation or anything that remotely resembles urgency. Good luck getting a hotline answered by anyone who is remotely informed about your inquiry (including from the OR). Slim resources to contracted hospitals be prepared to be pressured to over promise a client only to be facing the same client when S-N logistics under delivers (even months later). You'll find contract pricing so low you can't make a reasonable living when considering the hours are routinely 60+ hours a week and around the clock.

Pros

Positive work environment, Enjoy being part of a Global Service team and Company that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Amazing coworkers with Knowledge and experience.

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

Pros

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
